Please have completed waiver form ready to show at check-In. Once checked in you can board the bus.

Departure: 11:00 am (bus leaves at 11:05 am) 

Arrive: Daiquiri Land  11:15-12:45 pm Eat & Drink 

2nd Pitstop: LA Burgers & Daiquiris -1:00-1:40pm 

3rd Pitstop:2:00-2:30 pm Hidden Gym Crumbville, Tx Check out this local black owned business and hang out at one of Houston's top bakery.

Return: 3:00pm.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

21+ years or older to participate in this event.

Can I still get on the bus if I am late?

No Late arrival will be accepted 5 min after departure time. 

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available at Walmart on Yale St. Look for the Black Party Bus

What Do I Wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in. Must adhere to the brunch locations Dress Code.

What’s the refund policy?

We understand things happen but we cannot control mother nature. Any events that is out of our control in regards to cancelling an event, your tickets can be used for any future event. Please review our standard **Refund Policy** 14 days: Attendees can receive refunds up to 14 days before your event start date. Any request after the deadline can be used for future ride. No Exceptions (Please send email to info@letsdothishouston.com)

What about Covid? This can be found in the waiver form

COVID-19 Notice & Release. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. LETSDOTHISHOUSTON LLC has taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however due to the nature of the Biking Event LETSDOTHISHOUSTON LLC cannot guarantee that you will not come in contact with COVID-19.

______ INITIALS I am familiar with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC in regard to COVID-19. I represent that I have not been ill with a fever, nor have I experienced flu like symptoms within the past 72 hours. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and I voluntarily agree to assume all risks of possible exposure and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation in LETSDOTHISHOUSTON LLC’s Biking Event. I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless LETSDOTHISHOUSTON LLC, its owners, operators, agents and/or staff from any and all claims and liabilities, including negligence claims, as it relates to COVID-19.

Will We Continue the Tour if it Rains?

Letsdothishouston LLC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to the weather or any other extenuating circumstances to ensure participant safety and maintain the condition of the bikes to provide future rides and events. Letsdothishouston will have a make up ride every last Sunday of the month to the same artist to honor your Reservation. If you cannot make the Sunday rescheduled rides YOU CAN USE YOUR TICKET TOWARDS A FUTURE AVAILABLE RIDE. (PLEASE Send Email with request). No refunds will be issued. Unless requested within the refund policy of 14 days before the event date.

What is Included in the Ticket?

Bus Transportation Round trip, Souvenir Cup, Water & Snacks 

Will food be provided?

Food is available for purchase at the brunch location. 

How long will this bus ride take?

We want everyone that purchases a ticket gets the full experience of the Bus Tour, this tour will last Approximately 3 Hours.  Ride Could Vary, Please be prepared for longer ride times if breakdowns occur .

Are Group Rates Available?

Group Rates are not available for this ride.

What Kind of Tour is This?

This is a  new featured event with Letsdothishouston. This tour provides bus Transportation to and from the venues. ALL guest must stay with the group and return at desginated time. Guest are responsible for getting back on the bus
